Not a new member, but back with new toy!

Hello all,
Sad story here...replaced the wifes daily driver (2011 EXPEDITION) with a 2013 TI Fusion. Her car became mine and I used it for mainly commuting to work. The EXPEDITION was a great ride, but with regret, I had to get myself back into a truck. To my suprise the dealership really liked my trade. I just so happened to really like the new FX4. I had the dealer search for all the options I wanted and long story short....my wife and I have matching (Ruby Red) Blue Ovals in the stable! I am happy to be back and checking in, and can't wait to share knowledge and stories. I will post pictures soon. Just got her yesterday....she's a bute!

13 F150, FX4, Screw, EcoBeast, 5.5 Box, 3.73's
FX Luxury
NAV, Moon, Tow,

almost all of the goodies...

Only thing I didn't get that I was looking for was the FX Appearance package, but I can live without it....in fact I like the way it is for the most part. The dealer threw in a LineX spray in bedliner, SS exhaust tip, and a nice SS Ford coffee cup in exhange.

I will be talking to you soon....

Gman Out!

Hi and welcome to FTE Gman1970, I`m sure you'll love your new FX4 as much as I do my 2012 F150 and it`ll turn out be a happy story in end.
Post your intro in your local FTE chapter and mingle with fine folks there too: Washington Chapter - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

Could we see some pictures? Here is how.

But I got ta say becoming a supporter is the fastest and easiest way to post pics right from
your whatever pad/cell thing or home computer.
Few of us look in the users Gallery or album as you can see by your recent visitors.

It seems awkward, but whenever you "insert a picture" to one of these threads, the forum is looking for the picture somewhere on the web (which is always available) rather than from somewhere on your hard drive (which isn't always available).

Go to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and sign up for a free account. Then create an album for your truck. Upload any pics you want to post on FTE to that album. Have this album open on your computer when you want to post pics on FTE.

While you're making a post on FTE, select the pic you want to post from your Photobucket album. When the large version of the pic is open, right mouse click on it and select "View Image Info". The image info will be highlighted and will look something like this:
The best photos and videos | Photobucket

Copy that highlighted info (right click / copy).

When you have the spot in your post where you want the pic to be placed, select the "Insert Image" icon at the top of the post (looks like a mountain) and paste (right click / paste) the image info you copied in the highlighted box (just shows "http://" when it opens).

Your pic will be placed in the post.

Hope that helps.

Welcome to FTE and back to the world of Ford trucks Gman. The tiedowns will probably be worth something, but you can't post them for sale here, only in the Marketplace section which you can't use yet, you need some more posts until you're able to do so. I'm glad you found such a nice truck, the new ones seem quite confortable and capable.
