1995 2x4 DRW crew cab
I am new to the diesel community but have wanted one for a long time just got my first PSD 7.3 looking for some easy mods for abt 350 to 400 hp and wanting to put a 6in mitercut stack kit in from black cloud. any info would be great it has 400k miles and runs like a champ.

no cap on budget proly no more then $5k only paid 6k for truck doesnt make any smoke at all what would be a good set of lowering shocks to drop it abt 3 inches i like the lead sled look any ideas

Shocks aren't part of the suspension geometry; they don't set the truck height. Springs, brackets, shackles, blocks, etc. determine the geometry.

6637 intake. 100
Downpipe. 100
Gauges. 150-400
TS Chip. 350-500
Hpop. 450

Intercooler if you can do a little fab work and piece a kit together using a super duty IC it can be done for around 500
That'll keep you busy for a while.
To drop it you'll need new front I beams and you have to move the rear axle to the top of the springs.
The stock injectors are only 90cc of fuel per 1000 shots

A lot of us go with Terminator Engineering T500 HPOP. Joey at TE is a sponsor here and has great customer service and his pumps like NEVER fail. 
There are other options tho like the stealth or adrenaline HPOPs. I have no background with them.
edit: You could get a 17 degree HPOP out of a junk 99-03 super duty... that should handle stage 1s.
