See pic below
I know it's part of the Vapor Canister, just don't know how the heck to hook it back up - or even how/where to get a replacement.

Try picking your model then doing a part search with the numbers on the device.

Thanks for the link! Found the parts... only $224.80 before tax and shipping. And I'm not even sure yet if that's all I'm going to need. LOL. I've seen some indication that the hose end opposite the solenoid just vents to air, but I doesn't look like that end just fell off of something. Looks more like it was chewed, or something. Can anyone confirm if it is open to air, or if there is a connection to something?

Brad, the funky looking end goes to the canister. I don't know how it attaches (haven't removed mine), but I'm pretty sure the other end runs either to the fuel tank or up the DS frame rail to the back of the engine (to the intake).

I know on my '01 E-350 15-pass. V-10 that the rubber hoses that run between the canister, tank and engine are crumbling apart and leaking vapors. I have replaced the engine-side of the lines, but still need to do the rest.

Cool, thanks for the info. The hoses on mine are in the same condition. Dry and crumbling. Hopefully getting all that replaced will solve my rough idle issue.

Thanks again!

This is MSRP. Buy it much cheaper from an FTE Ford Dealer Parts Dept sponsor!

tousleyfordparts.com ~ White Bear Lake MN / silverstatefordparts.com ~ Gaudin Ford Las Vegas NV / horizonpartsguy.com ~ Tukwila (Seattle) WA

Every US FoMoCo Dealer has the same online catalog, but dealers have the option of changing the prices. If you pay MSRP, you're getting hosed.
