On a related topic (now that the OP has gotten his answer), does anyone know where to get the colored plastic filters/covers/whatever that are used for the turn signal and high beam indicators? The last time I had my bezel off I noticed that all of mine were cracked, and were barely holding on to their positions. When I accidentally brushed one with my fingertip, sure enough, it completely fell out. I was able to get it back in with a little superglue, but some excess glue got onto the cover and washed out the green coloring. Now my left turn indicator looks like ***.
Anyone know?

Are you talking about the rectangular things that fit in the dash bezel?

You might also be able to make new ones. I've experimented with getting some colored transparent plastic from a local plastic shop and then printing up clear decals and applying them to the new colored windows I made. It's very functional and looks pretty good. I'm still experimenting with it, however...I'd like to find a way to print something up directly on the plastic.

I am needing the answer to this question as well. A few of mine are broken and I had thought about cutting some thin plastic and gluing them to that, but replacing them would be less tedious.

You have to buy a whole new bezel, or perhaps find a broken bezel in the wrecking yard and fix your old one with the pieces.

I haven't had my dash off to know how thick they are but....
Acrylic Sheets - Transparent Colors : TAP Plastics
Could you use those, cut to size, and paint the area black to get the right "signal" you want? Just a thought

That's not a bad idea...those sheets are thicker than what came with the truck (they're thin - maybe the thickness of a playing card?), but there's no reason I can think of that they couldn't go in there. The most difficult part would be neatly blacking out the right parts to get the desired image, I'd think.
