Suspension or brake problem
We recently purchased a 2000 F-250 PSD. We love the truck, but when we go to brake the truck feels like the suspension is loose. It actually feels like someone has tapped your rear bumper. Then when you go to accelerate it does the same thing. It is kind of like the cab of the truck isn't tightened to the suspension. It feels loose. HELP!!!!!!!!!!! I have taken it back to the dealer once and they said it is normal. I have driven Ford's all of my life and I know that isn't normal. Are there bushings that can go bad?

Does it feel like you are towing a trailer and have a loose hitch?? .. if so it is the drive shaft.. its called trailer hitching... or at least thats what it was on our 99
