did 07 f150 ever have a Backup Camera?
My dad just got an 07 F150 KR with factory nav but no back up camera. Was the camera even an option in 07? If so can it be added to the factory nav screen?

Yes they do make it for the 07 but you might half to install a new navigational system, check this video out by Motorz and this show is a how to video and this navi system has every thing you can think of. go here:
