F-700 WIRING DIAGRAM? Tore up from the floor up!

I have a 1978 F-700 box van body and it's been in storage for some time. I am getting ready to use it but someone broke in a distroyed the heater box and the wiring on the right side of the dash. I need a wiring diagram and since this truck has a 2 speed rear axel I'd like to find out how to hook that up as well. No switch on the gear shift mast. Any help would be appreciated.

Come to think of it there is a parts CD that you can buy. Just find a link to it here on this site. it is usually in Numberdummy's sig at the bottom of all of his postings.
