04 f150 with 5 02 codes

04 f150 with 5 02 codes
I have 5 02 codes on my truck
P0054-> H02S Heater Resistance(bank 1,Sensor2)
p0060-> H02S Heater Resistance(bank 2, Sensor 2)
p0141-> 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
p0161-> 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2, Sensor 2)
P2270-> has something to do with all of them and the truck running lean.
The 02 sensors are not a big deal for me if they are not the problem but around 60-80 km/h and a little over 1100 rpm the truck starts to shudder and kinda bang almost like she's misfiring. I'm thinking that its either the fuel filter or maybe the spark plugs. Would like to see if anyone else has encounterd this problem. Thanks. Oh its an 04 fx4 and just had rear end replaced.
