I do that at the end of every season with my boat gas.......but, I do not have a catalytic converter or emissions controls. 50:1 is pretty tame, I say if you fill the tank with fresh non oiled gas to balance it out, it will do no harm.
Shouldn't hurt anything, even with all the smog stuff in place. I agree with diluting it down though. Might not be a bad idea to spread it over a couple tanks, just to be extra safe.
FWIW, I run a 100:1 mix in my RX7 all the time, and have for over 6 years. Almost everyone I know that runs a rotary, does the same, whether it's a 30 year old car, or brand new RX8. Of course, these engines came with a factory oil injection system, so we are just supplementing it in most cases, though some people remove the factory system and go premix only.
The gas I buy for my outboards is better than the normal ethanol laden crap they sell and I regularly use in the trucks........Hell, the Ranger seems to run BETTER on the remnants of boat gas.
If you do this let me know how it works, i wouldn't put it in my truck thou
Well, I can assure you in a old school carbed truck, it makes no difference and harms nothing. I seriously doubt if diluted with regular gas it would harm a EFI truck either.

Many of the fuel cleaners you buy in the miracle fix-it aisle at your local auto parts store is nothing but thin oil or some type of petroleum product. Almost like dumping 50:1 gas in your tank anyway...
Many old timers such as myself also have cars that still require leaded gas which is impossible to get. Us old timers put oil in the gas to help lube the valves to keep them cool so not to burn up on unleaded. Does it work? Fug I don't know
If you put 1 gallon in added to a 10 gallon fill, you'd go from a 50:1 ratio to 500:1. Can't hurt. Go for it. I'd spread it over multiple fills. I would check the outboard oil for content, such as tetraethyl lead or phosphorus or any other 'thing' that might poison a catalytic converter before burning it. You can always add stabilzer and just store it for next season if you are concerned.

That 8 gallons of Marine fuel treated at a 50:1 ratio = 20.48 oz of two cycle oil in the 8 gallons of gas, or 2.56 oz of two cycle oil per gallon of gas.
If you added something similar, like Marvel Oil to the vehicles gas tank, it's recommended treat rate is 0.4 oz per gallon & that would be 0.4 X 8 = 3.2 oz of Marvel Oil in the 8 gallons of gas.
SO your Marine gas is treated at a much higher rate (20.48 oz in the 8 gallons) verses the (3.2 oz of Marvel Oil to 8 gallons) of gas as called out, or 6.4 times higher.
SO, every one gallon of treated Marine gas, will treat a total of 5.4 gallons of Untreated vehicle gas + the one treated gallon of Marine gas, = 6.4 gallons total & that would = a 0.4 oz/gal treat rate, like the Marvel Oil call out.
So if you wanted to use the treated Marine gas in your Ranger, at the same treat rate as Marvel Oil, I agree, the Marine gas should be diluted such that it equals about the same treat rate as something like the Marvel Oil call out of 0.4 oz/ gal.
Don't know whos Marine two cycle oil you have mixed into the 8 gallons of gas, or how it's been stored, or how stale it might be, but I don't believe the two cycle oils recipe itself would likely do any harm to the fuel system, or cat converter, if diluted to a 0.4 oz /gal treat rate & the gas isn't stale.
More thoughts for consideration, let us know how it goes.
ive ran 50:1 mixed gas through 4 cycle lawnmowers with no problems, heck, ive ran straight K-1 kerosene in a briggs last summer, cant cold start on it, but it will run on it fully warmed up. id add it along with a top-off of 91 octane and call it good. if anything the in-line fuel filter may need changed a bit sooner, if your like me you think about that filter once every 3-4 years anyhow, probly should be a yearly replacement item.

I did that with my chain saw by accident. I put fuel oil which is similar to kerosene in my chainsaw. Ran great while it was warm but the bugger wouldn't start when it was cold It was kind of funny
