Rear Bumper Question
I'm down to the last few parts for my 69 F100 build and one i need is a rear bumper. Can anyone vouch for a certain bumpers quality (like LMC or NPD)? I want a smooth stamped bumper, id consider a step bumper if its smooth. any pictures would be appreciated of what you are running would be great.

Hmmm... no posts? I cannot vouch for LMC or NPD bumpers but I am a big fan of the factory contoured bumper. I definitely do not like the dock bumper so may of our bumps were equipped with. In fact, I cut mine off (welded to frame by PO) a couple of weeks ago and am going with a roll pan. If I need to tow, then I will equip it with a frame-mounted hitch. My 73 has a contour bumper from a late 80s Bronco.
I think it'll be tough if not impossible to find a smooth step bumper because the top surface always has a tread pattern to prevent slips. If you can weld, then consider fabbing up your own.
