Need some help

2002 f350 7.3 I was driving the other day and the truck died.It would crank that's all wait about an hour it started drove 1 mile died again.Tow to dealer took off tow truck started up.Motor sounded like it was choking.Left it there over nite they changed the cps and drove it said it was good.Drove it home no problem.Went out that nite died again waited 2 1/2 nothing.Towed to dealer again took off tow truck started.Lefted it there. They left it running in the parking lot idleing for awhile shut it off and they could get it started. Now they say the IPR is bad.Would this cause this to happen? They all so said they checked all wire harnesses and they where good. Thanks for any help.

Yes, it very well could be the IPR.

So you are saying it runs fine in idle, but when putting any load on it (in gear, acceleration) it ends up dying?

May want to check your fuel pressure,. Also, check the fuel bowl itself to make sure the filter isn't clogged and that there's no gunk in the bottom of the fuel bowl, etc.
