There is no set price for these classics. Best I can tell you is to check out Kelly Blue Book or NADA online and see what they say the value is for a starting point.

We only paid $1,900 + shipping for our '41 and that was after looking for well over a year.
If it's rusted real bad, I wouldn't give you more than $500 - $800, but then I have patience to wait for what I'm looking for.
Saw your post about a 37 pick up, all rust. Last fall I purchased a similar truck for under $1000.00. Be aware that this is not an easy truck to do, 37 was a year unto it's own. I am now approaching 20k on the restoration, however I have gone a little over board. All steel, converting to juice brakes, offy heads and intake lots of chrome. I bet I have 5 to 7 k more before I am done.
Bill
My landlord was giving it away at that price and it sat since the fifities. The flat V8 was still in tact missing the carburator, driveshaft and the windows. The bed needed new wood as you could see the rear axle but other than that it was all there. I put my family and bills as a primary priority every time I came up with the cash that by the time I had the opportunity my landlord sold it to someone else.
Now I am looking for another project as I kick myself in the *** every time I see a rod scream by. He has a bondo filled 39 Plymouth with Scuicide doors, straight 6, 3 on a tree but is asking 7,000 grand for it. I don't think it's worth 7,000. At best I'd give him 2 or 3k.
