Odd Clutch problem please give opinions

Well my truck is a 95 F150 2wd.If its under 65 degrees my clutch fully disengages but like today (before the 20 degree weather drop and widn,hail)..it was 80 this morning and it wont fully disengage!!Havning to slam it into gear..i have been driving it with the rpm's and braking but sometimes from a dead stop you have you switch to reverse but the trans is slightly engaged.
Not loosing any fluid..thanks for any thoughts!!!Jason

i think the seals could get hard and fluid would bypass in the cylinders ! might be a good idea to replace both , master and slave cylinder ! heck i even freeze up when its cold out , below 60 out , it was 100 here Thursday !

Does it help to pump the clutch pedal before you put it into gear?

In my experience you're more likely to get an internal leak in the master cylinder.

..No it doesnt help to pump it thanks for the replys...im hoping the cylinder on the firewall is the only prob??

if one is bad then replace both as they work together and have the same ware on them , they are a working set !

Hey thanks for the replys...i guess i wasnt pumpin the pedal but yes it does help.I cant pull the trans right now but will put a new cylinder on whats the best way to get a good bleed beside bleeding the cylinder beofre install.Thanks so much!!

after you bench bleed the cylinder, install it and use a mity-vac to bleed it. traditional 2-man bleeding often fails to get stubborn air bubbles in the line that the mity-vac gets easily
