Tonneau Cover for 64 F100 LWB

Anyone know where I can get one? Preferably a soft cover. My matching crotch rocket will be riding in the back sometimes

Check with Extang, and I would check with Extang not a reseller for specs. I bought an Extang full tilt for my 66 short bed, and it fits great. The Tonneau is supposed to go on a 73-79 shortbed. I would think that a longbed version from 73-79 would fit, but I would check with the guys at Extang first.

They make a variety of soft styles. I had the one that rolls up to the cab like a bed roll, and that one is cheaper, but if you unsnap it on a cold day you get to wait for warm to re-snap it.

I like the full tilts, they open like a hood or trunk, and if you need to haul something they remove in one piece snapped up in 30 seconds or less. I have one on my 66, and one on my 2010.

I am looking at extang for my next tonneau.

I have a 66 lwb, but I will add a tool box to my truck. So I am thinking I will get a tool-box soft roll up tonneau. I had one before on my GMC, and it was great to just roll it up against the tool-box then load up. Looking back I could probily buy the same tonneau, and modily the aluminum brackets to hook up to my 66. Then have the vinyl part sewed up to fit what I have done. The extang is nothing special in the sense that a guy with 1/2 a brain couldn't cut down to fit in a hard morning of procrastinating. Or about 15 minutes of work.

Pretty much any that fits a Ford through 79, and actually beyond into the 80s, will work. I spent a lot of time at the junkyard measuring and taking notes and the mid 80s are also the same. A lot of the brands out there don't have listings for older trucks, but most go back into the 80s. Newer trucks (without my notes I'm going to unreliably say mid 90s) and up won't work; the bedsides are different enough to cause problems.

If you're junkyard shopping and find one Dodge beds (similar vintage) are pretty close and may work. GM beds aren't close at all.
