Heater Blower Replacement options

I only found one thread in the archives on this, and there was no real resolution.

I'd like to replace the heater blower on my 75 F250 with something that puts out a bit more volume. Seems hot enough air, but it just isn't moving through the tubes very well compared to what was in there before. Everything is sealed OK, just want to know if there is another option than stock.

I have a 78 Chevy truck heater blower in my 70 Bronco and it works very well. Anyone mounted one in a dentside? Maybe you just used the Chevy squirrel cage...did it fit, sent out more air, etc?

Any other vehicles I should look for a blower motor from?

I changed out the thermostat last year during winter from 180 degree to 190 (or something to that effect) and it did help a bit. May do it again this year, since the truck doesn't get warmed up (engine) as well in the winter... but likes to overheat in the summer
