99 Ranger 3.0 no start
I am working on a 99 Ranger 3.0 at the shop, (I am a fleet Mechanic), I replaced the engine on this Ranger once, and the salesman that drives it didn't pay attention to guages and lost oil pressure (the CMP Sync assmbly locked up). So we got a new rebuilt block, I installed a new cmp sync assembly and sensor, I get it back in the truck, all it does it turn over and will not start, I don't appear to be getting any spark. Autoenginuity shows no codes. I sprayed starter fluid and still no go. Fuel pressure is fine. Anyone have any ideas?
