On TireRack.com they seem to get overall good reviews especially on Fords but I wanted to see what FTE might know.

So has anyone have any experience with the company or their truck tires?

I had a set on a 2004 Escape and they worked really well. Only had the vehicle though for about 5,000 or so miles before selling it.

I'm now thinking about buying some for my F-150 also. I really want to try the DuraTrac but the price has me second guessing them.

The only shop in town that deals with Kumho tires says they make a pretty good off-road tire overall.

Price wise I'm looking at Firestone Destination A/T in the size mentioned above.

Goodyears are pricey but BFGoodrich and Michelin are downright outrageous.

I have no affiliation with them at all but was just checking prices and tirecrawler.com had some good prices on tires. Shipping did not seem outragous since it is oversize item. There prices with shipping beat the local shops where I am

i had kumhos before i got swampers.

road noise: none.
ride comfort: exceptional.
traction: on road, ALOT. offroad, not so much.
wear: good, as long as you dont so much as spin one tire.

and they looked alright for 31s too.
