I would have liked to shoot the boxer and it's owner if it was legal to do..I was happy when the neighbor moved but we've never had a good neighbor , the guy that bought the place just rents it to whoever comes along and doesn't care as long as he gets his rent. There's always somebody new except now the useless drug dealing son is living there..

 

Most of the time it's the owner and not the pet to blame. There are a few exceptions tho.

 

Sounds like someone elses normal Neighborhood ! ..........
