Yeah Shaun. It is a Manorwood Home, coming out of PA. Just a little over 2500 sq ft Cape Cod.

That is a decent size cape cod style house. That is another 1000 sq. ft. bigger than my house.

That is a nice size house Doug. I forget the sq footage of my house. I do know my house sits on about an acre of land.

3 bed 2 bath with the upstairs unfinished. They are building and delivering and my father in law and crew is going to set it. We are just waiting for the house plans so permits and the foundation can be started. Hopefully they will be in it for Christmas. This all depends on the weather of course.

Will not know until the first meeting in January, but unless something is lurking in the background, I do not see any reason why I will not.

You guys busy? we have been pretty quiet mainly dealing with first response EMS calls.

We did have a change up at the beginning of September. The village officials of the fire department that provided our ambulance transport pulled the plug on the ambulance due to not being able to get crew to cover the calls. It was so bad that they would get toned out, along with another department's ambulance and the county ALS fly car and us for calls in our district. More often than not, we would end up with a 3rd ambulance to provide the transport. The politicians went with a private service that does 3rd party billing. It sure feels great knowing that there is an ambulance rolling right behind you to the calls.

One thing that you guys have going for you is that it is later in the fall before the weather goes south for construction

Im sure it does Neil. I know the city is getting stretched thin because of bidget cuts. A few weeks back the city had 2 multi-alarm fires ( i think they were only 2 or 3 alarms each) and they ended up using mutual aid from around the area. There were units from DC filling in stations in baltimore city. The last time DC filled in for a city station was in 1904 during the great baltimore fire.

The last week we have been pretty busy. Several collisions and a lot of EMS calls.

Did you get your Rescue ordered?
