fuel problem

i have a 95 f250 with the 5.8l EFI. I have read all the threads about why my fuel pumps arent getting power. I have checked the relays, fuses, inertia switch, and i grounded pin#6 on the eec self-test and the relay kicked on/off. Itried running a new ground from the neg. battery terminal and still nothing. Please Help ME!!!!!!!!!

How are you confirming that there's no power getting to the pumps?

If the fuel pump relay clicked and you have no power at the inertia switch then you have a bad relay or the fuse link is open by the starter relay.
