Engine ID Tag Decoding?

Engine ID Tag Decoding?
I was wondering if anyone could help me fully decode what an engine ID tag means. Here is what is on it:
429 69 4
9-A K815-T
What I am wondering about is the 4 standing alone and also the K815-T at the end. From my understanding the other stuff means it is a 429 from January 1969 and that makes sense, but I am curious as to its original application. This is the tag that is under the coil mount or something like that (its been a while since I removed it).

429 (Engine CID) 69 ( Model Year) 4 ( Change Level)
9-A ( Year & Month of Production -January 69)
K815-T ( Engine Code Number)
It was out of a 69 Thunderbird.
*Note:
This Buck tag is important to have around when ordering
Date Sensitive Related Parts.
