performance problems
I need some more help fellas. This weekend I was dirving my 2000 f250 7.3 and pulling my 10,000 lb boat. All of the sudden I heard a loud boom as if a tire blew. I got out of the vehicle and looked and all the tires were good. I got back on the road and the motor was louder than normal and the performance was poor, especially uphill. I noticed that even when I pressed on the gas pedal more the rpm's would not get any higher and when I let off the gas pedal while going downhill the rpm's did not lower. A buddy thinks it may be a vacuum hose. What do yall think?
