I need a tach in my truck. I would like to know if they are hard to install and if the difference in price on them really means anything. I also heard of just swapping my whole cluster for one with a tach and all the neccessary wiring and stuff will already be there and just need hooked up. Is this true? Would it be that easy? I kind of like the look of a big old tach on top of the dash but if they are hard to install and I can just swap out my insturment cluster then I would probably just do that. By the way I have a 5.0 with a 5 speed Mazda tranny. Thanks in advance.
