Thanks for the education on the boomerangs. No, Monkey's don't have them.

LowKat that's a great looking 48. Like the bumpers and lights up front too.

Peace,
Jim

I took my truck for a spin on Sunday. I finished installing the gas pedal and throttle cable...then hooked up a few temporary wires so that the ignition switch worked. I still need to install the hood and rear fenders, or running boards, but this was the first drive down the road for this truck in probably 20 years...13 of that was while I've had it stored behind the barn:

Dan, the truck looks beautiful. Who knows how many more years the truck would be sitting behind the barn had you not gotten the F1 frame from me.

Hey Dan,
Beautiful truck! It looks nice driving down the road set against those California Hills. You need to drive it down to Gilroy for the Garlic Festival!

While I do consume more than my fair share of garlic, we've lived in Morgan Hill for 25 years and have never been to the Garlic festival in our neighboring town of Gilroy. We do, however, go to the Mushroom Mardi Gras if we're in town!!

OK, here goes...

Now ordering parts and finding what is no longer available new. Spending money like I believe the Mayan Calendar is accurate in their prediction. Still looking for a hood and fender.

Later Folks...
