My leather on my 01 F350 steering wheels has massive wear and found a 97-02 steering wheel for a F150. From the pics it looks the same. Does any one know if this wheel fit? Has anyone done a swap? Thanks Ed

 

I don't know of any that have swapped out with the f 150 wheel. But I have seen the navigator wheel used, namely the wooden grip one, and it fits and looks better without the worry of the leather wearing out.
Try searching steering wheel swap and see if you can come up with the pics.
