Evening Neil,

This was my first call to Federal court Jury duty.. I was actually on for 3 weeks.. The other 2 weeks I didn't have to report.. I was there till 12:30pm so I will receive $40.00 pay and reibursed for mileage and parking.

I can say honestly that I have never tried any drugs except those prescribed from a doctor for an illness..

The closest I ever came to weed is passing the joint from the girl I was with to the other people..

 

Heck Don, Federal GJ pays the same as the County GJ. In her case, it looks like if she is called to sit, she will still get her regular pay from work because of there being more than 10 employees along with the $40 from the GJ.

Doug look at the people who are trying to get you to try it and see what type of life they live.. Chances are they are going nowhere..

The problem with weed is that it will lead to harder stuff that will ruin your life..

Now I have been at several concerts where people were smoking weed and the smell of it just made my head dizzy.

 

Dude, she uses Old Spice. It smelled like I was eating out my grandfather.

 

Maybe it's the same thing as us, but NY calls it something different..

$40 bucks sounds like a lot, but The 32 mile ride through heavy traffic was not worth it.. I am just glad I don't have to go back for the rest of the week..
