Ya the brakes on my 94 are so touchy, locks up all the damn time. On the snow and ice my truck is about dangerous. I would never send my wife out in my 94 even with the 4wd. Of course worn out 12.5 wide mud tires dont help but still. Locks up front and rears with little effort.

It's easy to say our trucks don't brake very well. Brakes are never good enough in the same way refrigerators are never big enough. However, I drive a Government Motors truck at work sometimes, and it can't stop when empty. I can definitively say Ford brakes are infinitely superior to Chrysler and GM. They last longer, too.
