Dang Hab, I could use another, a regular non ton version for daily use, 10 MPG city is killing me, but I just can't afford it, I have another wheelchair lift I can't afford to install in place of the worn one.

Yeah, working here on the farm and traveling as much as I do I tend to wear them out pretty fast. Usually drive'em until they hit 250,000 to 300,000 miles then part'em out.. Averaged 125,000 a year from 82 to about 05 but now I've slowed down some.

Grems4ever, your signature line "Is it a bad sign when the van holds more than the camper can sleep? <!-- / sig --> <!-- controls --> "

Man that reminds me of last summer. We went to the lake with my wife driving the 34ft motorhome, towing our 28ft pontoon boat, me in the 06 E-350 Camper Van towing our 28ft Coachmen RV trailer, my son in law driving my 92 E-350 towing a 8x16 enclosed trailer full of camping gear. And were joined at the lake by 16 family members who brought just there appetites.
But we had a great time, caught lots of fish, and the Grand Kids still talk about it.

I love the picture because you don't notice the dents, dings, scrapes, and scratches it has. I'm not sure what it did in a previous life, but it was not a garage queen.

Mine was a shuttle in it's early life, has the seats stripped out and the only one in the rear is a sofa/bed over the axle, I need to replace one of the side doors and remove the dent from the wall where I was backed into.

I would love to have the cash for a deuce and a half, put a lift like you have on the dozier, do some heavy pull jobs and off road extractions.

With many winters like this you would probably work yourself half to death the way I did for twenty-eight years after I was "retired" from regular employment by my disability. Now I've slowed down life's a lot more fun.
