blue cloud

scaring experience yesterday.....
i drove for about a mile and if i reached the city border i could see a blue cloud in the mirror under speeding up. it cames only for a couple of seconds and then not again. also if i forced to repeating it with several speed changes in my 40mls tour.
engine oil is new, changed yesterday before i went out. there was also some oil in the exhaust, not much but visible.
i was forced to move the truck many times only a few meters in the last two months without warm it up. can this cause the prob?
the oil that was used before my change was this here and the oil i'm using now is this.

Are you certain it is oil in the tail pipe? how many liters of oil did you put back in after the change? usually when there is oil in the tailpipe like that it is from a bad piston ring seal in the turbo mine is doing the same thing so I picked up a rebuild kit going to rebuild it next weekend.

That starting it up just to move it in the kind of cold you have been having can do it.
They have had several bad snows there recently.
Just take it out and drive it normal and see if it all clears up before you do anything to it.
