Suggestions for improving Expedition ride

Tires would be the biggest factor in terms of changing the ride quality especially if the truck has on the Continentals. I replaced those when there was still 9/12 left in the tread for some Yokohama Geolanders and it made a very noticeable difference in all aspects to ride quality. The other option would be shocks/struts or switching to the rear airbag system deployed on the Navi's (if I remember right) depending on the mileage you have on the truck. Otherwise, just take comfort in knowing you bought a full size, body on frame truck, and it will tend to drive as such

Well you could trade it in on a car for that "car feel" however since you want a car in a truck body you could try some michelins they tend to have the best ride, also everything has shocks on it do you mean yours has springs instead of airbags?
