It warmed up enough to work a little today,I soaked it with brake fluid, tapped around in there lightly with a small chisel, the warmed it good with the heat gun, waited 2 hours, did the same thing,I noticed a lot of black carbon in the fluid after it sat a while.Ill try again tommorow, this cold should be out of here by wednsday, thank goodness,I had another broken water pipe this morning!Yall wish me luck.....

Yes it is! There aint no threads at all left in there,Ive got it soaking in brake fluid right now,I have to go try to find a easy out big enough to grab it,if I can get it to move without breaking any more maybe it will come out,I think the flu bug has got me this morning, felt it coming on for the last few days.Ill update as I go

When it does come out, since you will have some fluid around the injector go into the cylinder, crank the engine over a time or two before you install a new injector so you can blow out the fluid in the cylinder.
Not much volume left in the cylinder at TDC, and I would hate to see the engine hydrolock after you get the injector changed.

YEE-HAW!!! After 2 days soaking, one gentel turn with the big easy out....OUT IT CAME!!,First I did a cherokee victory dance then the hula and just for good measure my version of the hokie pokie!!I cleaned the hole out,put the shop vac on it then blew it with the air hose thru th GP hole,Now Ill listen to Dave and turn the engine a little.I saw no evidence of a copper washer in there out of 8 only 5 had it.Now I can install my new return line kit and see if she will go.
