Ordered 2011 F350 Crew Cab
#16
I ordered mine from Henry Day Ford. I'm going to call tomorrow and see if I have VIN yet, then usually shortly after you can get a build date. I saw the '11 dates on the Blue Oval Forums from a Ford employee. That wouldn't surprise me about waiting though, dealers here in SLC have plenty of 2010 inventory. Ill keep everyone posted if I get any updates.

Got my order conf sheet today. No date yet, but it does say job 1. The rep did say april/may, and I assume all dealers are equal in a given Job? I think there are around 15000 ford dealers and if they build 500-1000 a day all dealers should be satisfied in the first couple weeks. Comments anyone?

I seriously doubt they turn out anything near 1000 per day...maybe 200 - 500 would be my WAG

The Kansas City Assembly Plant opened in 1951, covers 3.7 million square
feet and has 5,200 employees. During 1997, Kansas City produced 419,595 cars
and light trucks -- more than any Ford assembly plant in North America. On an
average day, 1,880 cars and trucks roll off the Kansas City Plant's two
assembly lines.

I just looked and my order was accepted on 12/15/09 the day the order banks opened. They will all be Job #1 for a while, until Ford rolls out some of the late availability options, or makes minor changes. I have still heard Job # 1 will start rolling Mon Jan 18th, but the OK to Sell is not till 3/8.. I'm optimistically hoping it will be be in March, but I bet the April/May dates are more realistic..

I ordered my 2011 F350 Lariat CC LB SRW fully loaded with all the options last week, I am being told that it should arrive in late May some time. My dealer said that Ford is not planning on starting production of the 11's until late Feb. Either way cant wait for my new truck to arrive, just sold my 03 6.0 F350 this week and I am already missing not having a truck. Lucky for me my friend lives across the street and he has an 06 F250 I can borrow.
