Now we're talking. My favorite draft beer was George Kilian's Red. Nothing any smotther. A black and tan made with guiness and harps was always a good pour as well. There's quite an art to pouring a B&T so it stays separated. Nice conversation piece and a money maker for the pub.

I remember Dad getting cases of generic beer in the white can from the commissary in the late 70s. The ones I tasted (I was only a teen then......had to cadge sips from the old man) were OK.......But the damned hogs sure loved it.......

Sometimes I wish it were yesterday, but for the most part I don't miss drinking at all (Aug17, 1991, if you want the exact date).
