This topic has been discussed many, many times here. Yes, they fit. But... you need to either cut your header panel or buy the 05-07 header panel AND you need an adapter harness for the bulbs. Search will tell you all you ever wanted to know and then some.
FWIW, 02-04 headlights bolt right in with zero modification necessary.
