i have a 2006 F-250 5.4 3v 4x4, been trying to fix the problem thought i had it. whats happening is when the hubs are in auto and i switch it to 4 high the front doesnt engage i fixed a vacuum leak on it and replaced a hub assembly but all i can get to work is manual, the front axles seem to be engaged but they arent being driven any info would be helpfull, thanks
then manual locks work just not the auto, i pulled the hub out to see if it was the cause and i think the orange seal needs replacement it was all stretched and didn't fit properly so im going to go in and get a replacement if i can. the vacuum line all through is good and so is the solenoid, when i was switching it to 4 high it would engage the passenger side but not the driver side hub so it wouldn't work all together, correct me if im wrong im just learning so any info would be very helpful thanks
