clamp issues

clamp issues
i cant seem to get my exhaust clamps to let go the bolt is all the way out what else do i need to do. mine seem to be kicking my butt!

You can either smack the exhaust near the clamp with a big punch and hammer, try to pry under the clamp against the exhaust with a big pry bar, or (my favorite) hit it with an air hammer near the clamp-should come right off.
