i recently bought my first 1991 ford f250 with dual fuel tanks the front tank works but when i switch to the rear tank the truck will idle but when i try to give it throttle it dies the truck also lopes at idle thanks for any help

 

sign in and do a search in this forum. i did a similar search last week and found a thread that talked a lot about your problem

 

Sounds like a dying fuel pump.
