Question

I have just noticed recently that there is a whine coming from the front of my truck. When I accelerate it gets louder, and when I slow down it gets quiet. My 2008 has 21,700 miles on it. What could it be?

Sounds like it could be differential whine. I'd have the dealer check it over since it's still under the bumper to bumper warranty.

Did you stop to check and make sure the next door neighbours kid didn't get caught up on your front bumper when you left the driveway this morning? They've been known to make a hell of a racket when you get them up over 30mph?
