Yes, that would work perfectly, and should comprise both the timer and relay functions you need to add in one device.
You shouldn't need to diode-isolate anything, in this case: both this relay and the oil pressure switch will be supplied with power from the ignition run circuit - this is just like putting two switches in parallel where if either (or both) is on, the circuit is activated. There's no situation here in which power from the fuel pump would back-feed to an inappropriate place when either switch is energized, since both are getting it from the run circuit to begin with. (Isolation of the start circuit is accomplished by the oil pressure switch already.)
I'm posting from my Surface right now and don't have Visio installed here, but can sketch up a quick wiring diagram to illustrate tomorrow.

Your current wiring probably looks something like this (possibly without the inertia switch):
You'll want to use the time-delay relay to bypass the oil pressure switch. It would be the positive-switching version "TDR-P" assuming you're switching the positive side of the signal to the fuel pump relay through the oil pressure switch. Looking at their installation schematics, that's example 2: Automotive Time-Delay Relay Installation Instructions
So you'd be looking at something like this with that integrated in:

I sent an email to the manufacture on Friday just asking a few questions and I must say, these guys seem to have decent customer service. I received the reply email yesterday, Saturday... I will be buying one and giving it a shot.
Thanks!
Just two for the most part, 3yo daughter and 6yo son. Sometime the wife may want to tag along too.
Shoot me a PM if you want.

I still need to wire in the "primer" relay into the fuel system, but I tackled another major issue... An oil leak at the back of the intake manifold. I FORGOT HOW MUCH FUN THIS IS ON AN FE!
Well, it's all apart, cleaned up and the intake re-set and torqued. Hoping to get it running again tomorrow.
EDIT : I made a rookie mistake... I marked the distributor position on the intake, but forgot to pull the cap and note the rotor position. Back to square one with timing.

You hit the nail on the head bud. I pulled the distributor and the shaft was seated too far into the distributor and not reaching the oil pump.
I re-seated it, pulled the fuse for the ignition and turned it over till it had oil pressure.
She's running again!!! I'll work on getting it dialed back in over the next few days as time permits.
Thanks again.

Yes sir, the eventually get drivable and fewer get "done", but this one is getting closer everyday!!!
My two oldest have ridden in it. One time with my 4 year old daughter, we were rolling along and it started running rough... from there on out it hasn't run right in her mind. Every drive yields a minor tweak hear or there, but always for the better.
