Cableless Throttle

I have some Explorer parts that I am going to put in the classifieds but I need to know what year they came off of. I know they are off of a SOHC 4.0 but I am not really sure what year they came off of. The upper intake has no throttle caables for the throttle body. It is an electronic controller for the throttle. Does anyone know what year they started this system? Thanks guys.

not exactly but my boss's 2003 Crown Victoria has the fly-by-wire instead of a cable if that helps.

Do you have the trottle body for the explorer? I may be looking for one what # does the sticker say on the Throttle body?
