steering problem

when i let go the steering wheel of my 01 sport trac it's not going straight..it's move to right..this only happen when i put a 31x10.5x15 rim and tires...any advice...?

Try swapping the tires from right to left. Maybe the tires are causing the pull. Otherwise, it's hard to say since those tires are a lot larger than it was probably designed for. Have you made sure you don't have a brake caliper that is not releasing fully?

Incorrect toe will do this and with the larger tires you have changed the geometry.
