NOOOOO! I pressure cook mine first....saves a LOT of time, then I put 'em in the Outside convection oven to finish. I only pressure cook 'em for 1/2 the recommended time....put the sauce on 'em when they go into the oven. Ummmmmm good!

Bud when I make ribs I star tby putting a bry rub on them and let that sit overnight, then I fire up the charcoal smoker in the backyard and smoke them for 12 hrs. Then they get sauced with a homemade sauce and then I put that back on the smoker for a few hrs. I smoke with hickory, mesquite and when I can get it apple wood.

WOW...just reading about a guy in the Mark VIII forums about a guy that's got his Mark doing 125 in 10.9301 in the quarter..... gotta be the quickest Mark VIII in the USA.

It's NORTH of where you get on 301 JR.... but not too far north....just south of LaPlata...on Northbound side. Used to be just a little smokehouse and now I see it's bigger...maybe even room to sit in there.....
