hey there i have a 88 250 4x4 351 5.8 and i removed the catalyc converrter and put a flowmaster on and the tube that goes down on top of the cat what is it 4 bc i still have it on and idk if i should plug it does this affect anything

it's the egr valve. do a search and you'll find out how to get rid of it.

No that's the air injection tube.. it's got nothing to do with EGR. But yes you can plug it or remove it back to where it connects to rubber tubing.
