just been getting stuff out of the shed for next month Ken. Just finished dinner as well. I had a nice peice of chipolte marinated steak grilled to perfection with a salad and baked beans.

 

I assume you're referring to Carlisle...I believe that Sean posted somewhere that he's going. I'm sure you'll catch up with him.

I just finished my supper also...about a pound of boneless New York Strip steak...cooked to the rare side of medium rare...French Cut Green Beans...mashed 'taters...all washed down with a Diet Pepsi!!! I don't like any type of marinade on my steaks...just a bit of salt. I guess it falls into the category of..."Different strokes for different folks"!!!

Were you the chef???

That I was Ken. It was cooked to medium well. and the steak was mighty tasty. I didnt feel like doing a dry spice rub. Will do Sean.

 

Sounds good...I like my steak with some red in it. My father...on the other hand...is a fan of well done!!!
