Super Duty Cab chassis with a custom body for fire department service. It looks like a short hose tender body popular in the fifties and sixties in the FDNY, Boston or Chicago.
Has a mascot on the side of a fish either choking a seal or saving it. And it has a fancy 2x4 wood ladder rack, Also has a single 2.5" pony connection on the side probably for a monitor as most of these type trucks were equipped with one.

It's 1968-72. The hood emblem reflector and fender marker light were added in '68 and continued until the whole F-series got the dentside restyle in '73.

These trucks are known to have brake issues. I just replaced all wheel cyls., brake lines, master cyl., and shoes on my '70. Not horribly expensive but kind of a pain to get them bled properly.
I like to use the reverse bleed method. Seems to be the best way to do it with only one person. Save yourself some time, grief and money and try to find one with good brakes...
