If you want to be really helpful - what I'm fishing for is the exact color of the top poll line where a graphic could appear. The background has to match it near perfectly.

The problem is - these forums and polls are based on "CASCADING STYLESHEETS" where all the colors and what not are pre-determined and hidden. The color codes are six position hexadecimal (RGB) and hitting the right combination is like finding the end of the rainbow....
