Well I get to make a trip to the big city of hope at about 7:30 in the morning. I sold my edge. I was going to meet the guy in Manning Park but he said if I drove to hope he would give me another 50 bucks and buy me a bacon and egger. I'll do just about anything for one of those.

Hopefully it's a nice day for a drive. My wife wont be along so maybe I can give the 6.0 a good run.

 

Mornin fte. Ive got a busy day today. Booked about 7 places to look at. I Got a rate hold at 4.55% for 5yrs, that doesnt seem too bad. My cap is about 305K, so I should be able to find a nice apartment for less than that. Also my brother wants to rent a room from me, so Ill have income coming in. Lookin good so far.

 

Have fun with it Pete. It's pretty easy to get kind of burned out when you look at alot of places. Take a digital camera with you, after looking at that many places you head could be spinning.

Ive got a camera, and Im thinking about maybe bringing a note pad. The market is hot right now, Ive seen a couple places online Ive liked that have sold before I could even go to them to look. I may take my time looking because I have 120 days on that rate hold. Or I may try and close before I leave for work this summer. Either way I need some rest, Night Chris. Have a good trip down here in the AM.
