Blown Plug
Well I experienced my first blown plug today on the way to work. 
$265 for parts and labor I'm back on the road. They did the threaded inset thing and I needed a new COP and plug, but at least the old girl runs good again.

That's probably where you made your mistake, you went to the Ford dealer. I took mine to a local mechanic. I was very pleased with the price. They even came and picked it up at work, then dropped it off when they were done.
