carb rebuild kits

carb rebuild kits
i have a 2150 2 bbl that i need to rebuild no number tag on it will any rebuild kit work for it as long as its for a 2150 i cant remember its been too long since i messed with a carb of any kind any help would be appreciated

Just completed rebuild of Hly carb and came across pdf files on what appear to be shop manuals on several brands and model carburetors. Suggest review and see if refreshes memory. I made a quick scan of the manual, with my limited experience, it appears the Motorcraft rebuild may be little more involved than the Holley, can't imagine there's a carb any more simpler to rebuild than a Hly. May find the rebuild kit covers the entire 2150 series for specific year(s) and some of the components in the kit will not fit your application. Anyhow, had and urge to chime in and add my

i dont have a clue as too what the carb came off of its on a 86 stang motor in a 85 f150 i would like to rebuild it till i can afford the 4 bbl i want to put on it as my upper end rebuild on the motor
