Had to get some Great BBQ!
I would have posted in the BBQ thread but its getting a bit on the long side and I took some pictures.
So here you go!






Getting ready to cook,they use Red oak to cook with.


One of the 6 smokers.

I bet it was good. Makes me want to go out and fire up the smoker.

WOW, Lumber City....Just passed thru a couple of weekends back doing some work. I'll have to stop in next time over that way......Road trip

I didn't get washed away, did have some damage......
